We waren vanochtend bij Carolina geweest voor een Sound Healing sessie met Cacao en Gong bathing. We werden super vriendelijk ontvangen en als eerst werd ons uitgebreid verteld over de cacao zijn oorsprong en waarom dit zo een bijzondere vrucht is, ook werd er uitgebreid verteld wat de klanken doen met ons lichaam. We gingen de cacao intentioneel drinken en daarna een meditatie in. De sound bathing begon toen en het was echt werkelijk een prachtige ervaring! Zeker aan te raden, ik denk dat het voor iedereen goed is. Of je nou ergens last van hebt of dat je gewoon diep wilt ontspannen. mijn broer en ik hebben dit kado gegeven voor onze vader voor vaderdag, we waren met ze 3en en na de sessie waren we allemaal helemaal opgelucht, energiek en ik heb mijn vader in tijden niet zo energiek en vrolijk gezien. Echt een top ervaring en aanrader!!
