  • Pilates is a form of exercise emphasizing the balanced development of the body through core strength, improved flexibility, and awareness to support efficient, graceful movement. It was developed by Joseph Pilates and is also known as the Pilates Method. 
  • Many of the benefits of practising pilates are improved strength and better & movement through activities of daily living. 
  • I offer classes of different pilates techniques, such as pilates on a mat, or on aerial hammocks, as well as a pre and postnatal technique, guiding you through your pilates journey.
