A program that prepares the body for the labour and accompanies the body postural changes. It is a class that will keep you strong, present and connected with yourself.
- The Pilates method applied for pregnancy offers an exercise program that prepares the body for the labour and accompanies the body postural changes with exercises that work on alignment, breathing and strengthening of the deep muscles.
- This Pilates program is focused on reconnecting with your body by strengthening the deep core, and the pelvic floor muscles. Through core endurance, breathing techniques and stretches we aim to bring the body back into balance. The pelvic floor area is the main focus of the class working on its strength and flexibility.
- Moving the body promotes circulation, helps to increase low-energy levels and will help to avoid posture misalignments. The Postnatal program will give you strength and confidence.
